(GRIND 22) VALUE PROPOSITION OF THE SHOPS


  1. The special thing about this shop are, basically the shop are small as can see the photos that i have posted. The shop divided into 2 section. Which is roof area and without roof area. It means when raining season all the customer have to squeeze the seat and sitting together. While sitting together they started to communicate each other. Its a kind of mingle with the people that they haven't meet before that. So it will ended up in conversation among customers. Through this they making friends and important thing about this situation creates they all belongs to one family until the customers move out from the shop. 
  2. When my group went to the shop for interview, we also felt the same kind of feelings which is they came to us and spoke very friendly. 
  3. Other than that, usually one of the owners will be at the shop all the time to monitor the shop and also the surroundings. The owner itself usually talk to the customers once they enters the cafe. Not in every shops or cafes they doing this kind of welcoming or willing to talk to their customers. From this the owner can identify the likes and also dislikes of the cuisine and also beverages that they produce are interested or not among their customers. 
  4. This method is one of the advantages for the owner to make the food and also the cafe become more attractive.
