The main
focus was towards pastries,cakes and beverages when the café opened earlier.As
the time grows the café expands their menu to lunch and dinner set based on
customer’s demand.
They have western foods like pasta,lasagne,sandwiches
and starters.Besides that they also have many type of cake of their
product.They also have some light Malaysian fusion foods like mee hoon,nasi
lemak and nasi goreng.
But as time
goes and number of customers increased,they requested for lunch set as it is
located in the middle of working area.So,Mrs Bhaizurah considered about it
and added lunch and dinner set.
The
speciality about their lunch set is it will be different each day.The menu of
the day is depends on what she feels like cooking or sometimes she asked her
worker and she also will change the menu according to her customer’s request or
demand.
Mrs.Bhaizurah hires few workers in order to help her in the kitchen and counter.Normally she
or assigned chef will make the foods.She is very particular about the food
quality and taste even her price is reasonable.She says she wants the customers
to feel like home.
